The following information is provided for exhibitors and their staff.
Please ensure that your staff members are well-informed about the specific details of your Exhibitor Registration at the South Pacific ORL Forum 2023. Company representatives who need to understand this information include, but are not exclusive to:
- custom build contractors
- exhibition staff
- vehicle/courier contractors; and
- marketing/sales/administrative staff.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor and their representatives to ensure all written materials provided to them have been carefully read, understood and adhered to for the duration of the Forum.
Important Information for Exhibitors
Registering Complimentary Exhibitor Staff
Registration for each booth includes:
- two (2) company representatives to staff the booth/s. This includes morning/afternoon teas and lunches for both representatives; and
- two (2) tickets to the networking function (13 August 2023).
Exhibition staff registrations for each exhibition booth, for both inclusive complimentary and additional exhibition staff, can be done via the exhibitor registration email which can be requested from . Once you have received the email, simply complete the appropriate details and email back ASAP.
The exhibitor registration email allows you to register additional exhibitor staff for either a day or the duration of the Trade Exhibition. In addition, you are able to purchase guest tickets to the South Pacific ORL Forum 2023 Networking Function via this email.
Please note: Exhibitor passes cannot be shared and do not give exhibitors access to any Forum sessions.
